Solid Foundation Certification

The Solid Foundation Certification is a groundbreaking initiative designed to reshape the mindset and self-development of Black males ages 12-26. This proprietary program addresses critical areas such as self-efficacy, the value of life, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, conflict resolution, civic engagement, environmental trauma extraction, merchandising, and the consequences of life choices.

Built on data proving that personal development must precede soft and hard skills for lasting success, this certification is tailored for:

• Individuals in high-crime communities

• Those with incarcerated family members

• Middle school, high school, and college students

• Dropouts seeking a fresh start

• Individuals involved in street life or gangs

• Those aspiring for financial success, fame, and business ownership

The urgency of this initiative is undeniable. By age 18, 30% of Black males have been arrested—a number that jumps to 49% by age 23, significantly surpassing their white counterparts. The devastating loss of young Black lives to violence further underscores the need for immediate action.

By transforming mindsets and equipping participants with the tools for economic empowerment and personal fulfillment, the Solid Foundation Certification is not just an intervention—it’s a movement to rewrite the narrative and change lives.
